State Line Engineering was founded in March of 2007 with the vision of creating an engineering firm that provides a high level of service with an emphasis on value engineering. John Demos, the founding owner, is an engineering and Surveying graduate from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania and licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in Maryland. His 16 years of experience includes all facets of development engineering as well as in the field of residential home design. Mr. Demos has progressed his career from the ground up as his early career was spent working in the field and experiencing first hand the various aspects involved during the construction phase of a project. This provides invaluable expertise in designing cost effective engineering solutions.
